01. What is an Independent Affiliate?
  “Independent Affiliate” means a person, firm, or website who agrees to the terms of the Affiliate Agreement, who is accepted as an Independent Affiliate by Company, and who conducts Offline Marketing and/or Online Marketing for Company.
02. What is an Html Gateway?
  “Html Gateway” Every Independent Affiliate will be issued their own individual html address. This is your customer’s gateway to the company website. Your customers enter the Company website thru your html address and your customers purchases are automatically tracked to your account. Your html address is assigned to your website, approved links, and banner ads or can be used by itself to access the company website
03.What is OFFLINE Marketing?
  “Offline Marketing” occurs when an Independent Affiliate directs a customer to the Company’s Website by using “word of mouth” or tangible items such as a business card and the customer purchases Company products.
04. What is ONLINE Marketing?
  “Online Marketing” occurs when an Independent Affiliate’s Website is used by a customer to access the Company’s Website through their Html Address/Gateway, Links or Banner Ads and the customer purchases Company products.
05. What is NETWORK Marketing?
  “Network Marketing” is an extension of offline marketing where your friends and associates hand your cards out to their friends and associates to drive more traffic to the website through your Html Gateway.
06. What is a Commission?
  “Commission” means the payment, described in the Affiliate Agreement, due an Independent Affiliate for actual completed sales to customers by Company.
07. What is a Link?
  “Link” means a “hyperlink” placed upon an Independent Affiliate’s website which allows a customer to click the hyperlink and be transferred to a Company website.
08. How do I become an Independent Affiliate?
  To become an Independent Affiliate will require establishing a new user account with the reviveoil.com website. After a new account has been created the user can register to become an Independent Affiliate by clicking on the Become an Affiliate Link at the bottom of the website. Once this link has been clicked the new user will fill out the provided form with required information. (NOTE: If you do not have a web address reviveittoday.com will provide you with an Html Gateway.) When form is completed the user will click continue which will advance the user to the final screen, after reviewing the Independent Affiliate Agreement click continue to finalize registration. Company will review new user registration form within 24 hours and when accepted the new affiliate will receive a welcome aboard letter that details how to access affiliate materials, information, and new affiliate business cards.
09. What is the difference between an Independent Affiliate and an Independent “Web” Affiliate?
  The only difference is the Web Affiliate does all their marketing ONLINE.
10. What is the cost to become an Independent Affiliate / Independent Web Affiliate?
  To become an Independent Affiliate there is a one time registration and setup fee of $29.99, plus the cost of your new business cards. The Company has created 4 very eye catching business cards to choose from, 2 are personalized with Your Name and contact information and 2 are generic with no personal contact information just Your personal html Gateway . You choose the card style and quantity, the minimum order is 500 and the prices range from $38.00 to $92.00 for 1,000 of the high end cards. To become an Independent Web Affiliate and swap links or just post our link or banner ad on your website the registration and maintenance fees are waived.
11. How do I register my website as a Web Affiliate?

12. How do I use reviveittoday banner ads and links?
  To use reviveittoday banner ads and links log into your reviveoil account and go to my account link at the top of the screen this will direct you to your account information. Go to Affiliate Statistics and click on Visit My Affiliate Page go to Advertising Tools and click on General Banner Ads to view Banner Ads and Direct Links. To apply to your website copy and paste the code into your website.
13. What is the maintenance fee?
  “Maintenance Fee” is a recurring monthly fee for maintaining, monitoring, and shipping and handling of the purchased product to your customers. The monthly fee is currently $14.99. However the monthly fee is waived for all New Affiliates for the first 12 months.
14. Is there a cancellation fee if I no longer wish to be an affiliate?
  No, there is no early termination or cancellation fee.
15. As an affiliate do I have to buy and maintain a monthly inventory?
  No, the Company will maintain an inventory level to meet customer demand and update this level accordingly.
16. Do I have to purchase and ship product to my customers?
  No, the company will handle all fulfillment and shipments.
17. What is a Referral Affiliate?
  A Referral Affiliate is an Independent Affiliate which has agreed to the terms of the Affiliate Contract and is accepted by the Company into the reviveittoday affiliate program. This new affiliate has signed up as an Independent Affiliate through the referring Independent Affiliate’s html Gateway.
18. As a web affiliate if a visitor from my site enters the reviveittoday.com site thru my Html gateway, banner adds, or links, and signs up to become an Independent Affiliate or Web Affiliate do I receive any commission from their sales?
  Yes, this new affiliate would become your Referral Affiliate. Please refer to the question below, “What commission do I make off my referral affiliates”?
19. What commission do I make off my Referral Affiliates?
  You will receive a commission currently equal to 3% of the price paid and received by the Company, which is not subject to a return or refund, for every purchase made by a customer who accesses the Company’s website through Your Referral Independent Affiliate’s html Gateway and submits the order and completes the purchase on the visit to the Company’s website through Your Referral Independent Affiliate’s html Gateway;
20. If my referral affiliate registers a referral affiliate thru their gateway do I receive any commission on their affiliate’s sales?
  No. You will only receive a commission on referral affiliates who are signed up through your
Individual Html address / Gateway.
21. What do I make on sales generated by my visitors who enter the reviveittoday.com website thru my gateway and have an authorized purchase?
  The sales commission percentage rate (“sales commission”) is equal to 30% minus the percentage discount from list price (-10%) given to the customer with a maximum commission of 20% and a minimum commission of 3%.
You will receive a sales commission currently equal to a percentage as set forth in Affiliate Agreement of the price paid and received by the Company, which is not subject to a return or refund, for every purchase made by a customer who accesses the Company’s website through your html Gateway submits the order and completes the purchase on the visit to the Company’s website through your html Gateway;
22. As an Independent Affiliate do I receive a discount on my purchases?
  When an Independent Affiliate purchases from the line of REVIVE products from Company, an Independent Affiliate receives a total discount of 30% from the list purchase price but no sales commission is paid to the purchasing affiliate on those orders. You will receive an automatic 20% discount and at checkout enter the Discount Code on your card for the additional 10% to equal a total discount of 30%. Other products added to the line may have different discount and commission percentages as set by Company.
23. How and when do I receive my commission(s)?
  Commissions will be paid within 60 days of the Company receiving payment for commissionable orders to the Independent Affiliate, as long as the total commission amount due is over $25.00. Commissionable amounts will be accrued until the total exceeds $25.00. A check will be sent to your address on file from the Company’s Bank. Any sales commissions paid for transactions which do not close or which a refund is sought or received shall be returned to Company by the Independent Affiliate.
24. How do I reorder my business cards?

25. What is the Discount Code on my card for?
  The discount code # on your card is to give your visitors a 10% discount off the List Price. When your visitors go to checkout to pay for their purchase make sure they know to enter the discount code number and receive a 10% discount off the List Price. You as an affiliate also need to enter the discount code number when purchasing product for yourself to maximize your discount.
